ProFly™ Sil Rain Tarp

The silnylon is impressively lightweight, and the streamlined shape handled a sudden mountain squall without a single drip inside.

Packed this in for a three-day trip and barely noticed it in my pack, but when the sky opened up mid-hike, the streamlined shape shed the rain perfectly and stayed taut in the wind. Setup took under two minutes with just the stakes I already had.

It's incredibly light for its size—perfect for shaving weight on long treks. I do wish the tie-out points were a little more reinforced for high winds, but overall it kept me dry through a surprise storm.
